Robert Spangler loved hiking in the Grand Canyon. He also loved being married. What he didn't like was the pesky financial burden of divorce. After the 1990 death of his third wife Donna, whilst hiking in the Grand Canyon, investigators were alarmed to discover his wives often came to grizzly ends that were never anything to do with him. Or were they?
In 1972 , unemployed plasterers Edwin Eastwood and Robert Boland decided to kidnap school children and their teacher from Faraday Primary School for ransom money. Was this a stupid idea? It certainly was. Would Edwin go on to do it again at the Wooreen Primary School, 3 years later after a daring prison escape? He certainly would. Where does the murder come in? Hi ya! Patreon supporter Mortimer Bustos here. I have a story you might be interested in. In 1999-2000 I had a job in Houston TX. Turns out my my workmate turns out was The Tourniquet Killer Anthony Allen Shore. I had no idea of course and didn't know until 3 yrs later when I got a phone call from my uncle informing me. I had already relocated back to Illinois. He was a sicko. It would be interesting to he Tara and Barnys' take on his shitty story. There is loads of info online. There is also a good book written by Cory Mitchell called Strangler. Cheers! Hope to hear back and keep kicking against the pricks!
